Whether it’s academic support, creative exploration, or personal growth, we are here to guide every step with care and encouragement. This policy will help you understand how we keep things running smoothly for everyone.
📚 Attendance & Refunds
We want every class to be a valuable and enriching experience. Here are our policies to ensure fairness and consistency:

| Refunds | Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of severe illness affecting the student. |
| Tutor Absence | If a tutor is absent, we will contact you to arrange a make-up session at no extra cost. |
| Student Absence | We encourage regular attendance. If a student is absent, it is their responsibility to catch up on the missed material with the tutor. Please notify us of any absence at least 24 hours before your scheduled class time. Any requested make-up classes are subject to the tutor’s availability. |
| Late Arrival | To respect everyone’s time, students who are more than 15 minutes late will be considered absent. In such cases, no refund or make-up class will be provided. |
| Holiday Breaks | Classes are held as usual during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break. The standard absence policy applies to all holiday periods. |

Mobile Messaging & Voice Communication Terms of Service
By completing our registration form and providing your mobile phone number, you provide express written authorization for Ottimmo Learning Center to contact you using automated communication systems. This includes transactional text messages (SMS), 3-way administrative coordination group chats, and automated voice calls or pre-recorded notifications delivered directly to the mobile number provided. Providing this phone number and receiving these automated messages is entirely optional and is not a condition of purchase or enrollment with Ottimmo Learning Center.
- Purpose: These automated texts and voice calls will be used exclusively for operational purposes, such as sending lesson reminders (e.g., daily, hourly, or minutes prior to class), sharing secure Zoom classroom links, address, rescheduling of class, weather related information and delivering immediate automated voice alerts if your tutor is waiting in a Zoom meeting room or at the center and your student has not yet joined or arrived.
- Frequency: Communication frequency varies dynamically based entirely on your student’s weekly scheduled tutoring sessions and real-time attendance coordination.
- Rates: Standard message, data, or cellular voice call rates applied by your mobile service provider may apply.
- Opt-Out & Control: You can completely stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to our business number. To modify your preferences for automated voice call alerts, please contact our administrative office directly.
- Privacy Protection: We value your security. Your mobile phone number, voice data, and consent records will never be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
