This Privacy Policy explains how Ottimmo handles information when authorized users use the Ottimmo Alexa skill and related Ottimmo scheduling services.

Information We Use

The Ottimmo Alexa skill may process names of students and teachers and class-schedule information needed to answer scheduling questions, such as subject, day, time, teacher, student, and class mode. The skill does not require account linking and does not request payment information through Alexa.

How We Use Information

We use this information only to provide and operate Ottimmo scheduling features, respond to authorized scheduling requests, maintain the service, and protect it from misuse.

Alexa and Amazon

Use of Alexa is also subject to Amazon’s own privacy practices and terms. Amazon may process voice interactions and related Alexa data according to its policies. Ottimmo does not control Amazon’s handling of that information.

Sharing

Ottimmo does not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed to operate the scheduling service, comply with law, protect rights or security, or with service providers that support the service.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, operational needs, or legal obligations.

Children

The Ottimmo Alexa skill is intended for authorized Ottimmo staff and is not directed to children under 13.

Your Choices
