Dr. Dogra

Dr. Dogra is a Biology teacher with 5+ years of experience. She has a deep passion for teaching students and founded an online academy that specializes in private instruction. Dr. Dogra received her Master of Dental Surgery in Prosthodontics from the Vokkaligara Sangha Dental College & Hospital in Bangalore. Outside of teaching, she is a practicing doctor. Ottimmo is proud to bring her impressive background & expertise in tutoring to our students.

Mr. Gund

Mr. Gund brings 20+ years of experience teaching in the classroom and tutoring students 1:1. He graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 1998 with a BS in Secondary Mathematics education. After graduating, he taught 8-12th grade math at the Summit Education Center in Duncanville ISD for 10+ years. Since then, he has been tutoring with Ottimmo for the last 10 years and brings a wealth of experience to our learning center. He has a lifetime Texas teaching certificate, earned by his passion for teaching students.

Mr. Mbariko

Mr. Mbariko brings 10+ years of experience in private tutoring with his most recent stint at Varsity Tutors. He received his Master of Science in Physical Chemistry from the Universite de Liege in Belgium & his Master in Economic Policy Management from Columbia University in New York City. Prior to teaching he worked at Coca-Cola as District Manager and the Gabkul Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to improving the education, health, and lives of vulnerable populations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He specializes in a range of math subjects from Pre-Algebra to AP Calculus BC & has experience tutoring students in both SAT & ACT math.

Mr. Singh

Mr. Singh is a Physics teacher 5+ years of experience teaching Physics, Math & Statistics to high school students. He has Masters in Physics from the IIT, Ropar. Mr. Singh excels at teaching his students foundational concepts that enable true understanding of complex topics. Since starting with Ottimmo, he has built a strong track record in helping several students prepare for class exams & AP tests in Physics and Calculus.

Spanish Tutor

Ms. Analaura

Ms. Analaura is a Spanish teacher with ~30 years of experience in private instruction. Her prior experience in teaching ranges from training corporate teams to tutoring students of all ages. As a native Spanish speaker, her mission is to share her language and help others not only build interpersonal skills, but also learn the culture. She has had rave reviews from her students due to her personalized approach to instruction.

Ms. Basu is a Biology teacher with 8 years of experience teaching at all levels. She is currently earning her Master of Science in Anthropology at the University of Calcutta’s Ballygunge campus. Outside of tutoring, Ms. Basu is an International Debator with Model United Nations and an academic member of World Science Congress, a social services organization. Since starting with Ottimmo, she has received strong reviews for her ability to teach her students biology via a practical approach to tutoring (vs. theoretical) that grounds the fundamental concepts.

Ms. Bourrett

Ms. Bourrett is an English teacher with a range of experience at the Challenger School in Salt Lake City, Utah. At the Challenger School, she taught mainly 1st – 5th grade students in all the core subjects (e.g., reading, math). she particularly excels in English as she received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the esteemed Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Ms. Chappell

Ms. Chappell is an English teacher with 15+ years teaching and tutoring English, language arts, and writing skills at the secondary level. She received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas & a Master’s of English and Modern Language from West Texas A&M University. In addition to her experience teaching in high school, Lee also brings 2 years teaching English and composition skills at the university level. She is a passionate English tutor who loves teaching students the fundamental concepts they need to succeed.

Ms.Davenport is an English teacher with 7 years of professional teaching experience in the classroom. Her background includes seven years of experience as a high school ELAR teacher & one year of experience as a high school ESOL teacher. She is also fluent in Spanish (verbal and written). She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX and is TESOL certified.

Ms. Jingan

Ms. Jingan is a Chemistry teacher with 34 years of experience as the head of online teaching academy “Chemistry Made Easy.” She has additional experience as a post-graduate teacher at The Lawrence School in Sanawar and the Dayanand Public School in Shimla. She received her Bachelor of Education in Chemistry from Annamalai University and her Master of Science in Animal Biochemistry from the National Dairy Research Institute in Karnal.

Ms. Kunkel

Ms. Kunkel is an English teacher with a special focus on supporting students with learning disabilities. She brings 20+ years of teaching experience from her time at Alachua County Public Schools as an elementary school teacher to Santa Fe College where she is a reading professor. Ms.Kunkel received her Bachelor in Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Florida in Gainesville and her Masters Degree in Specific Learning Disabilities from Nova Southeastern University in Miami, FL.

Ms. Maire is a Math teacher with over 20+ years of experience in teaching from elementary to high school levels. Outside of private instruction, she teaches high school math at Farmington Public Schools in Farmington, Michigan. Ms. Maire received her Bachelor of Science in Math & Physics at the University of Bombay & her Master of Science in Physics at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
